GIFT VOUCHERS
All our Gift Vouchers will be sent using either Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at £3.35 per order or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at £2.55 per order.
Please note that 1-2 business days delivery is advised by Royal Mail during normal business days. Orders will be despatched on the next working day.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48

All our merchandise is dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, charged at £3.95 per order. Please note that 2-4 business days delivery is advised by Royal Mail during normal business days. Orders will be despatched on the next working day.

Please note delivery times are advised by Royal Mail during normal business days. Seasonal variances can occur.

Once your order has been processed it will be collected from BILLY BOB'S HQ by Royal Mail. At this point your order becomes the courier's responsibility. Royal Mail will update the tracking information accordingly. If you require your tracking information to be sent to you the team will happily provide this for you but please note we can’t see any more information than is provided by Royal Mail.


Please ensure your shipping address is correct as once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail we are unable to alter the address. BILLY BOB'S can not be held responsible for any misplaced orders due to this information being incorrect.


Please note Royal mail does not class an order as lost until 20 business days after it has been collected from BILLY BOB'S HQ. We are unable to resend your order or class it as lost until after this period has passed. If by then the tracking information hasn’t been updated we will of course resolve this for you.
